1. General Refund Policy

Given the personalized nature of our wedding planning and decoration services, Saat Phere offers refunds only under specific circumstances. Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been rendered, as considerable time, effort, and resources are invested into planning and execution.

2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellation by Client:

    • Cancellation Before 30 Days of Event: If you cancel our services more than 30 days before your event, you may be eligible for a partial refund. We will retain a portion of the deposit to cover administrative and planning costs incurred up to that point. The exact amount will be outlined in your contract.
    • Cancellation Within 30 Days of Event: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund due to the extensive preparation and bookings made during this period.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with Saat Phere. This deposit covers initial consultations, concept development, and event preparations. The deposit is non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

  • Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:

    • If you need to cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extenuating situations, we may, at our discretion, offer to reschedule your event without an additional charge or provide a partial refund, depending on the specific circumstances.

3. Refunds for Specific Services

Certain services that require third-party vendors, such as venues, catering, or floral arrangements, are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of those providers. Saat Phere is not responsible for refunds on services provided by third-party vendors, but we will do our best to negotiate on your behalf.

4. Event Postponements

  • Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Rescheduling within 30 days of the event may incur additional charges, especially if third-party vendors are involved. Rescheduling more than 30 days in advance may be done without penalty, provided that the new date is available.
  • Refunds for Postponed Events: Refunds are not typically granted for postponed events. However, the fees you have paid will be applied to the new event date.

5. Force Majeure

In the event that Saat Phere is unable to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will offer either a rescheduled date or a partial refund based on services rendered up to that point. The terms will be clearly discussed on a case-by-case basis.

6. How to Request a Refund

Be sure to include your contract details, event date, and the reason for your cancellation. Refund requests will be reviewed, and any eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the approval date.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Deposits and Retainers: As stated, deposits and retainers are non-refundable.
  • Customized Services: Any customized services such as personalized decor items, floral arrangements, or bespoke designs that have already been created or ordered cannot be refunded.
